Coaching is a skill that continuously needs to be developed during a leader’s journey and has multiple layers to master. That’s why we’ve broken it down into three levels:

Our Basic level focuses on the foundation of a coaching conversation; which is asking the right questions, at the right time, to the right person, and how to gain clarity concerning what they want to achieve using simple goal setting techniques and the ability to listen with intent.

Our Intermediate level builds the coaching conversation skill set by ways of helping others approach more complicated subjects such as break-through thinking, tools to provide clarity  concerning larger projects, complex problems and how to increase the probability of success of achieving a goal using our proven thinking system.

Our Advanced level explores more complex subjects such as goal defining tools that deal with internalised emotions like confidence or relationship and long term visions of the future for either departments or personal goals. The leaders are also exposed to a model of how to identify how  people think and the impact that can have on performance plus advanced questioning techniques.

Depending on the need and experience of your leaders will decide which level they will be accredited as.
